Friends and fellow Nebraskans,
As we approach the New Year, I want to take a moment to reflect on some of the high points from 2024. This seems especially important given the constant stream of negative stories often dominating the airwaves and social media platforms.
Over the past year, House Republicans have worked to tackle burdensome red tape and kept government working for the American people. Thanks to Speaker Johnson and our leadership team, we’ve successfully navigated tough political issues with a narrow majority.
This November, Republicans held our majority in the House, President Donald Trump reclaimed the presidency, and we took back the Senate… creating a conservative trifecta to deliver for the American people in the upcoming year.
In Nebraska, all five members of our federal delegation will return next year to continue working for you.
Over the past year, I’m proud to say that my office has helped hundreds of constituents with federal agency casework and helped to secure $48 million to fund projects throughout the First District of Nebraska. My team and I are here to serve the people of Nebraska’s First Congressional District, and we look forward to assisting you in the year ahead.
Thank you once again for the opportunity to represent the First District. From Lincoln to Norfolk and Columbus to Bellevue and everywhere in between, I continue to advocate for you and the communities we all love.
We have so much to be grateful for this year and even more to look forward to in the next.
On behalf of my wife, Mandi, my sons, and myself: Have a safe and happy New Year! I look forward to what 2025 holds.
May God bless you and may God bless the United States of America.
