Congressman Flood Welcomes Delegation of Nebraskans to Manufactured Housing Briefing

HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND – This week, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood welcomed a delegation of Nebraskans led by the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce for a briefing on manufactured housing in Hagerstown, Maryland.
“It was an honor to welcome Nebraskans from the Bellevue, Columbus, Lincoln, Norfolk, Papillion, and West Point areas to learn more about manufactured homes and how they can help us address America’s housing crisis,” said Congressman Flood. “Manufactured housing offers a unique and cost-effective solution in a marketplace where homebuyers are facing lots of pressures and need affordable solutions. These homes will be priced between $260,000 and $375,000, significantly lowering the cost of homeownership without relying on heavy-handed government interventions.”
The delegation toured Kilpatrick Woods, a newly built manufactured home community in Hagerstown, Maryland.
