Congressman Flood Hosts Rabbi Abraham of Omaha for Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Address to Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood hosted Rabbi Steven Abraham of Omaha in Washington, D.C., as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a joint session of Congress. This is the first time Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed Congress since Hamas unleashed a brutal attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
“Israel is one of our nation’s closest and most important strategic allies. Prime Minister Netanyahu’s address today underscored how critical it is that America continues to stand with Israel. There are still dozens of Israeli hostages waiting to be brought home,” Rep. Flood said. “It was an honor to host Rabbi Abraham for the occasion of the Prime Minister’s address to Congress. Congress will continue to do the important work needed to support Israel in the ongoing fight and to protect the freedom and safety of Jewish people here at home and around the world.”
Congressman Flood has voted for a number of measures in support of Israel. You can find more details here.
