Congressman Flood Announces Flyover Fintech Panel on “Bank-Fintech Partnerships”

LINCOLN, NEBRASKA – Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood announced Flyover Fintech will include a panel on “Bank-Fintech Partnerships.” The panel, featuring industry leaders from Square Financial Services, Betterment, Chime, and Mercury, will happen at the Congressman’s Flyover Fintech Conference in Lincoln on September 23, 2025.

Ana Lynn Bukberg is the Chief Product Officer at Square Financial Services, where she leads efforts to expand accessible, impactful banking solutions. Prior to Block, she served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Morgan Stanley, focusing on structured finance and consumer credit. Ana holds both an MBA and a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University and brings deep expertise in financial strategy, risk, and inclusive banking innovation.
Megan Fitzgerald is a Senior Director of Legal at Betterment, and heads Betterment's product counseling function. Over her more than five years at Betterment, she has been responsible for structuring all of Betterment's bank-fintech partnerships as well as other complex product offerings serving 401(k) retirement plans and its core advice and portfolio management suite. Prior to Betterment, she was an attorney at the law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and she is a graduate of Columbia Law School and the University of Notre Dame.
Aaron Plante is the VP of Banking at Chime. Currently, Aaron oversees Chime's banking relationships with its two OCC regulated partner banks, and previously led the development, launch, and growth of many of Chime's credit and lending products including SpotMe, Instant Loans, and most recently MyPay. As a seasoned fintech executive Aaron has spent nearly his entire career in fintech, including leading the flagship Student Loan business unit for SoFi. Aaron was also a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he served global financial services clients. Aaron holds a BSBA in finance from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Cornell University.
Dan Swislow is the Director of Policy & Government Affairs at Mercury, the fintech ambitious companies trust with their finances. He leads the company’s public policy strategy and government engagement, with a focus on advancing the interests of early-stage companies and shaping the future of financial innovation. Dan is an angel investor and startup advisor, and represents Mercury as a member of the Center for American Entrepreneurship's Corporate Advisory Council and as a founding member of the Coalition for Financial Ecosystem Standards.
